The air-conditioned villa consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with a shower, an additional toilet at the ground level, and a wellness area with a sauna. The courtyard with a hot tub is a small green oasis surrounded by a high stone wall on one side and the house on the other. The living room opens onto a terrace with views over the surrounding hills and the picturesque medieval village Štanjel.
