Villa Del Mare is a new house, built in 2012, with the most beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. It is located near old vineyards, Trieste, Piran, Venice, Ljubljana, Duino and great restaurants. There are many beaches nearby, as well as famous tourist sites such as the Postojna and Škocian caves, and the picturesque old towns of Piran and Trieste and Koper. It is also a great romantic getaway as well as a great place for small events, party’s, weddings, etc.

VILLA DESCRIPTION
The villa offers almost 240 square meters of living space, including 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an indoor fireplace, 2 kitchens, a large terrace with a barbecue and a great view of the Adriatic Sea. There is even a small kids’ basketball court and a garage for 2 smaller cars or one large car. The ground floor is a great place to relax, as it contains a dining room as well as a living room equipped with cable TV and a stereo system, with wireless internet available for your convenience.
One of the kitchens is also located on the ground floor, it is very spacious and fully equipped with a wine refrigerator, a microwave oven, toaster and the like. The smaller kitchen is located near the swimming pool. If you would like to go on a cycling trip to explore the surrounding area, the villa also offers free use of four bikes and one small child bike.
